STUDENT COUNCIL 2019-20

Activities are the core of student’s life. Student council is formed in this Polytechnic every academic year to involve students in various academic, extra and co-curricular activities of this Polytechnic. The student council activities supplement and compliment the conventional academics. This is to prepare our students to develop all round personality and to face the turbulent world of future. The various activities organized by the students under the leadership of the office bearers of student council imbues competitive spirit, cooperation, leadership skills, diligence, punctuality, team spirit and nurtures the creative talents of the students. The students develop better social interaction skills, self discipline and self confidence. When the teenagers are entrusted with responsibilities they come across lots of problems and they get firsthand experiences to overcome these problems. The range of experiences prepares the students better for the future. Also the students develop organizing skills and these activities divert the students from unwanted, unproductive habits and activities.
